Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to handle student admissions, sales, counselling, and academic documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, fees, and career opportunities.
* Handle admission enquiries, follow-ups, lead conversion, and enrolment targets.
* Manage student admission forms, records, documentation, and verification.
* Maintain admission databases and prepare regular reports.
* Handle academic and administrative documentation.
* Coordinate with students, faculty, and administrative teams.
* Prepare official letters, reports, and spreadsheets.
* Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or education sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales and lead conversion abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Good documentation, organisational, and administrative skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Graduate in any discipline.
