As a Senior Product Designer, you will help shape the future of a SaaS platform, moving beyond traditional recordkeeping toward intelligent, AI-powered experiences that actively help customers get work done. You will own complex design challenges from discovery and problem framing through prototyping, development, and product launch. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, you will simplify workflows for field teams, office staff, and their customers while delivering measurable business impact. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate experimentation, validate ideas, and bring working solutions to life while maintaining strong design judgment and accountability.
