🏪 We're Hiring: Head of Technology, Systems & Data
📍 Delhi NCR | Full-Time | Manager / Senior Manager
GEOM365 is a 24/7 premium convenience retail chain — and we need one hands-on owner for our POS, ERP, inventory, and finance systems. Someone who can fix data accuracy today and build the platform for our franchise network tomorrow.
🔧 What you'll own:
▸ GOFRUGAL POS & ERP — item master, access controls, stock audit flows
▸ Inventory accuracy — monthly reconciliation of purchases, COGS & stock
▸ Finance integrations — POS → Tally / Zoho Books, store-wise P&L
▸ ERP roadmap — stay or migrate (ERPNext / Zoho / SAP B1), central warehouse & franchise systems
▸ Data & analytics — automated dashboards, KPIs, investor-ready reporting
▸ Automation — AI invoice-to-GRN, hardware, networks, backups
📏 How we measure success:
✔ ≥ 98% stock accuracy after counts
✔ < 1% unexplained purchase gap
✔ Monthly MIS by Day 7
✔ 99.5% POS uptime
✔ Zero shared logins
🙋 What you bring:
✦ 6–10 years in IT/ERP/business systems, at least 3 in multi-store retail, QSR or FMCG distribution
✦ Hands-on with retail POS/ERP: GOFRUGAL, Ginesys, LS Retail, ERPNext, Zoho or SAP B1
✦ Can reconcile purchases, sales & stock — and has integrated a POS/ERP with accounting systems
✦ Advanced Excel, working SQL, Power BI / Looker Studio / Zoho Analytics
✦ Has pushed vendors to resolution — and held them to it
✦ B.Tech / BCA / MCA (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
💡 You are: an owner who follows a problem from the store floor to the database, explains systems in plain language, is comfortable doing a stock-take at night, and has unquestioned integrity with sensitive data.
