Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur for a Hardware and Network Engineer. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, network devices, and related infrastructure. The Hardware and Network Engineer will monitor network performance, diagnose and resolve connectivity and hardware issues, and implement routine maintenance to ensure system stability. Responsibilities include supporting users with technical issues, applying basic network security practices, documenting configurations and changes, and coordinating with vendors or service providers when needed. The role requires consistent on-site presence to respond quickly to technical incidents and support daily operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering for managing and maintaining routers, switches, and other network infrastructure.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Network Design to diagnose issues, optimize performance, and support scalable network architectures.
Candidates should possess skills in Network Security to implement basic security controls, monitor for threats, and support safe access to network resources.
Relevant experience with computer hardware installation, configuration, and repair, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Familiarity with operating systems (such as Windows and common server environments) and basic command-line tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and clear documentation practices.
Ability to work on-site full time in Jabalpur, collaborate with team members, and communicate technical information in a user-friendly manner.
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field; industry certifications (such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are an advantage.
