3-month paid internship with a path to a full-time role
LexDeed is an AI-native property title due diligence platform working with banks, NBFCs and housing finance companies across India. We’re looking for interns who want to learn how lending decisions are actually made on the ground.
Choose your track:
Operations: Work on property title due diligence. Retrieve and verify documents like EC, patta, chitta and FMB, visit sub-registrar and revenue offices, and maintain case trackers. No legal background needed.
Business Development: Research and reach out to partners, join field visits, and help build the network that powers our operations.
HR & Admin: Coordinate hiring, onboarding and records, and help run the day-to-day systems that keep a growing team moving.
The internship
Stipend: Rs 10,000 per month
Duration: 3 months, immediate joining
Monday to Saturday, from our Chennai office, with field visits
Internship certificate and hands-on experience
Strong performers will be considered for a full-time placement offer at the end of 3 months
Who should apply
Pursuing or recently completed any degree. Freshers welcome.
Fluent in Tamil with working proficiency in English
Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable with spreadsheets
Willing to go out into the field and learn by doing
