Analyst- Client Solutions (Japenese Speaker)(On-Site) (Hong Kong)

We are looking to connect with students graduating from universities in Hong Kong, recent graduates, and early-career professionals interested in a full-time Client Solutions role focused on the Japan market. Based on-site in Hong Kong, this client-facing role involves expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing in a fast-paced, global environment. We welcome profiles with 0–3 years of experience, including fresh graduates who are interested in consulting, research, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Expert Engagement Management
Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts globally, with a focus on Japan-related requests
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts
2. Research & Consulting Support
Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Japan
Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
Deliver clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
3. Client Growth & Retention
Support account management activities including renewals and ongoing engagement
Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts
Contribute to revenue growth through strong client servicing
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with global internal teams to deliver Japan-focused client projects
Ensure smooth execution of client requests across regions
What We Are Looking For
Students graduating from universities in Hong Kong, fresh graduates, and professionals with up to 3 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields are welcome to apply
Strong proficiency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and research capability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
