Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a strategic GTB Pricing Engine.
The role will be responsible for translating complex GTB product, pricing, billing, regulatory and operational requirements into clear functional requirements and ensuring their effective implementation across the pricing platform, core banking systems and integrated banking applications.
The individual should combine strong GTB business knowledge with hands-on experience in pricing, billing and revenue management platforms, along with a good understanding of core banking systems, banking integrations, customer and account structures, pricing models, billing processes and the UAE banking environment.
The Business Analyst will act as the key bridge between GTB Product, Operations, Technology, Architecture, Finance, Compliance, vendors and vendors and implementation teams.
Pricing Engine & Billing Platform:
Work closely with functional and technical teams to translate GTB pricing requirements into implementable system configurations.
Define requirements covering areas such as:
Customer and relationship-based pricing
Product and service pricing
Standard and preferential pricing
Tiered and volume-based pricing
Fees and charges
Billing cycles
Discounts and waivers
Pricing exceptions
Revenue and billing adjustments
Support mapping of customer, account, product, transaction and pricing data between source systems and the pricing platform.
Validate proposed configurations against approved business requirements.
Core Banking & Integration:
Understand core banking customer, account and transaction concepts and their relationship with the pricing and billing platform.
Define and validate data requirements and mappings between core banking systems, GTB applications and the pricing platform.
Work with architects and technology teams on API, event-driven, batch and file-based integration requirements.
Support reconciliation requirements across source transactions, calculated charges, billing and financial postings.
