We are looking for an experienced OpenText Exstream Cloud Native Developer / Senior Developer to join our team and contribute to large-scale Customer Communication Management (CCM) transformation programs. Roles And Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, and maintain OpenText Exstream communication templates and reusable components
✅ Develop customer communications across PDF, Print, Email, SMS, and Digital channels
✅ Lead migration of legacy Exstream applications to OpenText Exstream Cloud Native
✅ Design and support Communication Orchestration workflows
✅ Deploy, configure, and support Exstream Cloud Native components
✅ Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams for AWS-based deployments
✅ Troubleshoot production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement long-term solutions
✅ Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and modernization initiatives
✅ Mentor junior team members and promote best practices

✔ 6+ years of hands-on OpenText Exstream experience
✔ Proven experience migrating Exstream platforms from On-Premise to Cloud Native
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience working in enterprise-scale communication platforms
✔ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
