Relationship Manager - CEQ Finance - Bengaluru - Prestige Corniche

Main Accountabilities
1. Customer Relationship Management
• Manage relationships with contractors, fleet owners, and SME customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and servicing
• Build strong engagement to drive repeat business and referrals
2. Deal Processing & Documentation
• Collect and verify customer documents and application details
• Ensure completeness of KYC, financials, and asset-related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case processing
3. Credit Coordination & Proposal Handling
• Prepare and submit loan proposals / CAM inputs
• Liaise with Credit teams for approvals and query resolution
• Ensure timely movement of files across approval stages
4. Disbursement & Execution
• Coordinate with Operations for timely disbursement of loans
• Ensure all pre-disbursement conditions are met
• Track case status and resolve delays
5. Business Support & Sourcing (Limited)
• Support sourcing through dealer references and existing relationships
• Assist State Head / ASM in deal origination and closure
• Generate leads through local market connect and referrals
6. Portfolio Management & Follow-ups
• Track customer repayment behavior and early delinquency signals
• Follow up with customers for timely repayments
• Coordinate with Collections teams for overdue cases
7. Utilization & Customer Engagement
• Drive repeat transactions and utilization of existing relationships
• Ensure continuous engagement with active customers and dealers
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell / additional funding
8. MIS & Reporting
• Maintain data on cases handled, disbursements, and pipeline
• Update internal systems and provide regular status updates
• Ensure accuracy of reporting
9. Compliance & Process Adherence
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, KYC norms, and documentation standards
• Maintain audit-ready documentation
• Support audit and compliance checks
