This position requires a specific ServiceNow accreditation and three prior completed implementations. General ServiceNow experience, Now Assist familiarity, micro-certifications, or training in progress do NOT satisfy these requirements.
BPM Advisors, LLC (BPMA) is an IT consulting and systems implementation firm established in 2008. We design, build, integrate, and implement technology solutions for government and commercial clients.
We are selecting consultants for our own project delivery team. This is not a résumé-submission or staffing-placement opportunity.
Mandatory Qualification MQ
You must meet BOTH requirements below:
1. Current ServiceNow Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation Delivery Accreditation
The exact accreditation must already be completed.
It must be independently verifiable through the official ServiceNow Certification Portal.
An accreditation in progress, planned, expired, or associated with a different Now Assist product does not qualify.
2. At least THREE prior implementations of Now Assist for ITSM
For each implementation, you must identify:
Customer organization.
Implementation dates.
Specific Now Assist for ITSM capabilities implemented.
Your personal configuration and implementation responsibilities.
Production deployment/go-live information.
A customer-side reference capable of verifying the implementation.
Three use cases configured within one customer implementation do not automatically constitute three separate implementations.
Project Responsibilities
Configure and implement Now Assist for ITSM capabilities in Incident, Problem, Knowledge, and service-management workflows.
Design and validate appropriate generative AI use cases.
Configure permissions, information access, safeguards, and platform integration.
Test output quality, security, accuracy, and human-review workflows.
Develop implementation documentation and support UAT, deployment, training, and stabilization.
Coordinate with the BPMA ITSM Lead and Solution Architect.
Support staged implementation if County AI approval occurs after the initial platform go-live.
Additional Qualifications
Current CIS-ITSM certification and three qualifying ITSM implementations are highly desirable, but not mandatory for this MQ7 position.
