Role Description
Technical Lead – .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Angular, ReactJS & AI
We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.
Strong experience with Entity Framework / EF Core.
Practical development experience with Angular and ReactJS.
Excellent understanding of software architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and application security.
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
Working knowledge of integrating AI services and LLM APIs into enterprise applications using .NET.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, and improving developer productivity.
Experience with code reviews, technical design, performance tuning, and CI/CD practices.
Experience & Qualifications
11+ years of software development experience with a strong hands-on technical background.
Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor developers, resolve complex issues, and take ownership of delivery.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
Healthcare domain experience, particularly EMR/EHR, medical billing, HL7, FHIR, or healthcare integrations.
Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure OpenAI, and AI application development.
Understanding of AI security, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
Ideal Candidate
A hands-on technical leader who can architect solutions, write and review code, guide development teams, and leverage AI technologies to build innovative, scalable, and secure applications. Healthcare domain knowledge and team leadership experience will be significant advantages.
