We are currently building a team for an upcoming consulting assignment in Africa and are looking for senior consultants based in Sub-Saharan Africa with proven experience working with financial institutions (FIs) and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
🔹 SME Finance
🔹 Digital Transformation in Financial Institutions & Digital Financial Services (DFS)
🔹 Gender Equality & Women’s Economic Empowerment in Financial Institutions
🔹 Risk Management & Governance in Financial Institutions
🔹 Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS)
Mandatory Requirements:
◾ Based in Sub-Saharan Africa, ideally with experience across multiple countries in the region.
◾ Demonstrated experience working with financial institutions.
◾ Full professional proficiency in English and/or French. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
