Summary
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for helping users complete their loan
application process via our app. You will work closely with the internal product, marketing and
our external lending team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle all inbound user conversations across all channels: email, whatsapp, playstore
and appstore.
● Develop a thorough understanding of the loan application process and enable the user
to complete the journey.
● Be the primary point of contact for all our users on the app.
● Maintain strict SLAs on all queries including user journeys and tickets.
● Leverage and setup internal tools for optimizing operations activities. ZohoDesk, Slack,
Retool etc.
Ideal Candidate:
● 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operations role in a lending or fintech company
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Familiarity with using tools such as Slack, Gmail, Excel etc.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Available full-time to work in our office.
● Available to start immediately.
