Key Responsibilities
Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy.
Present analysis findings in plain language to other team members.
Compare actual results with budgets and prior-period figures.
Support regular budgeting and forecast updates using supplied assumptions.
Help prepare monthly reports with clearly labeled tables and charts.
Maintain working files and document sources for calculations.
Assist with preparation of forecast scenarios under team guidance.
Qualifications
Experience with reconciliations or financial reports is helpful.
Ability to explain simple financial findings clearly.
Strong judgment when handling confidential financial information.
Foundational understanding of budgets, financial statements, and variances.
Ability to work with established procedures and review notes.
Experience from related roles, internships, or individual projects can be useful preparation.
