We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Creative Team Lead to join our growing team.

We’re searching for someone who can lead, guide, mentor, and coordinate our creative and digital marketing team, ensuring every project meets our standards of quality, creativity, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate our digital marketing and creative teams.
* Guide and support graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing specialists.
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery.
* Develop and oversee social media and digital marketing strategies.
* Review creative work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain brand consistency.
* Support team members with technical challenges, creative decisions, and problem-solving.
* Oversee SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign performance.
* Coordinate multiple client projects and maintain effective communication.
* Research emerging trends, AI tools, and marketing opportunities.
* Work closely with management to improve productivity, creativity, and overall results.
Required Skills & Expertise
Creative Software
* Strong understanding Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom,
* Strong understanding of graphic design, video production, and visual storytelling.
Digital Marketing
* Social media strategy and management.
* Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* SEO, SEM, and Google Business Profile optimization.
* Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Google Trends.
* Website management and basic understanding of WordPress or Webflow.
Leadership & Management
* Team leadership, mentoring, and coordination.
* Project planning, task delegation, and deadline management.
* Creative quality control and problem-solving.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
Who We’re Looking For
* 4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
* Previous experience leading or coordinating a creative or marketing team.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and digital marketing platforms.
* Ability to guide team members rather than simply assign tasks.
* Excellent multitasking, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for creativity and continuous improvement.
