As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Learning & Organizational Development professionals to contribute successfully by driving capability building and learning interventions at PW.
Role Overview - The role will be responsible for designing and delivering learning & development programs to enhance employee performance. Ensure effective implementation of learning frameworks and development programs across functions. Maintain high standards of LMS compliance and learning governance. Own end-to-end execution of leadership and capability development programs management & delivery. Manage program planning, stakeholder coordination, execution, tracking, and reporting. Monitor learning effectiveness and present impact reports to leadership. Training Design & Delivery - Design and develop behavioral, communication, managerial, and leadership development programs.
Must Have - Deep understanding of content development & training delivery skills & frameworks. Stakeholder Management - Partner closely with HRBPs & business teams to drive learning interventions. Analytics & Reporting - Maintain learning dashboards, competency trackers, assessment reports, and training effectiveness metrics. Present periodic learning insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Good To Have - Understanding on competency frameworks, psychometric tools, Assessment Centers & 360-Degree Feedback
Desired Candidate Profile - Minimum 8 & Maximum 12 years of experience in Learning & Development
Added Advantage - Experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations will be preferred, Certification in Assessment Centers, Psychometric Tools, Coaching, or Facilitation will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications - MBA/PGDM in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, or related discipline.
