Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cypress, TypeScript/JavaScript, API automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain automated tests using Cypress.
2. Write clean and reusable automation scripts using TypeScript/JavaScript.
Work with existing automation frameworks and improve test coverage.
3. Perform REST API testing and manage test data through backend services.
4. Integrate and execute automated tests using GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
5. Troubleshoot test failures, flaky tests, and pipeline issues.
6. Collaborate with client teams and take ownership of assigned tasks.Required Skills
7. Strong hands-on experience with Cypress.
8. Proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
9. Experience in end-to-end web application testing.REST API testing and automation.
10. Git/GitHub and GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
11. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
12. Proactive, flexible, and independent working attitude.
Important: Candidates must be comfortable working from 9:00 AM Melbourne time and collaborating with a New Zealand-based client.
