Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Noida. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil and infrastructure works within the manufacturing facility, including site development, utilities, drainage, and stormwater systems. Daily tasks include preparing design drawings and technical specifications, coordinating with project teams and contractors, monitoring construction activities for quality and safety, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role also involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, optimizing layouts for efficiency, and supporting maintenance and expansion projects. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and external partners to deliver cost-effective, durable, and safe facilities.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for planning, analysis, and execution of infrastructure projects.
Experience working as Civil Engineers in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination across teams.
Stormwater Management expertise for designing and maintaining effective drainage and water control systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects.
Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.
