Technical Lead

Role Description The Technical Lead role is a full-time remote position responsible for guiding the design, development, and delivery of software solutions for enterprise clients. Day-to-day activities include leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, setting technical direction, reviewing architecture and code, and ensuring adherence to best practices in performance, security, and maintainability. The Technical Lead collaborates closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and UX teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and manage technical risks. This role also involves mentoring team members, promoting continuous improvement, and driving adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and development methodologies. The Technical Lead is expected to balance hands-on technical work with leadership duties, ensuring both high-quality output and effective communication across distributed teams.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in software engineering and architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Experience leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and managing code review, deployment, and delivery processes.
Hands-on expertise with modern development tools, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Background in one or more relevant domains such as Big Data, AI/ML, Mobile development, or Mixed/Extended Reality.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience collaborating with product, QA, and UX teams in iterative delivery cycles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote and distributed environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in an R&D or innovation-focused setting and with global or enterprise clients is a plus.
