Director - AI Strategy & Transformation

About the Role
We are partnering with a leading Saudi diversified investment group, to identify an experienced AI and technology leader who will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units. Algihaz Holding operates across energy, infrastructure, construction, industrial solutions, technology, and strategic investments, offering a unique opportunity to influence transformation at scale.
This role is ideal for a senior professional with 12-15+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, technology consulting, or innovation leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to define AI roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, establish governance frameworks, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise-wide AI and technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities across multiple business units.
Partner with senior business stakeholders to drive AI adoption and innovation initiatives.
Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
Build business cases and measure ROI for AI investments and transformation programs.
Lead cross-functional transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
Monitor emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
Drive organizational change, capability building, and AI adoption across the business.
Requirements
12-15+ years of experience in AI Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Management Consulting.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or AI initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to C-suite executives.
Experience developing strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, and operating models.
Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology and AI solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and program management skills.
