Key Skills & Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM implementation and development.
Expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and project and portfolio processes.
Experience in Resource Management, Financial Management, and Time Card Management.
Knowledge of SAP and Beeline integrations related to resource and financial management.
Strong understanding of workflow design, process optimization, and business process automation.
Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for users and stakeholders.
Experience conducting maturity assessments and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills.
Experience collaborating with large, geographically distributed global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
ServiceNow SPM Consultants, SPM Developers, ITBM Consultants, PPM Consultants, and Strategic Portfolio Management Specialists with proven implementation experience.
