Benoz.ai is an Israeli company building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for nonprofit and social-sector organizations. For years we delivered custom systems to clients one at a time. Now we're replacing that portfolio with a single AI-powered platform, built on an architecture that is already designed and documented. We're looking for a full stack engineer who builds with AI coding agents every day without compromising engineering quality.
What you'll bring
AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Copilot) in your daily work, plus the judgment to review generated code for correctness, security and production readiness
3+ years of production TypeScript with strict typing
Node.js backend experience with NestJS or a similar framework
PostgreSQL and SQL, with Prisma, TypeORM or Drizzle, and a sense of when to drop to raw SQL
React and the Next.js App Router
TDD and automated tests (Jest or Vitest, React Testing Library)
REST API design, validation, OpenAPI, auth and access control, OWASP Top 10
Git workflows and code review, and Docker
Agile teamwork with product and design
Nice to have
Repeatable AI workflows (prompts, skills, agent orchestration, MCP), clean architecture and DDD, multi-tenant SaaS, background jobs and queues, CI/CD, Terraform, observability, and application security (OWASP ASVS).
