Data & AI Project Lead

Nair Systems, a QFC-based technology consulting and professional services firm, is looking for an experienced Data & AI Project Lead for our Qatar operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT, Data, BI, Big Data, and AI project delivery.
Manage project planning, scope, budgets, resources, risks, and timelines.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
Drive banking technology initiatives, data transformation, analytics, and digital transformation projects.
Ensure successful project execution, quality delivery, and adherence to agreed timelines and budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
Mandatory Requirements
Banking experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in IT project management and end-to-end project delivery.
Experience in Data Warehousing (DWH), Business Intelligence (BI), Big Data, or Data Analytics projects.
Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Core Banking, Payments, Treasury, Retail Banking, or Corporate Banking.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, Cognos, or other analytics platforms.
PMP or relevant Agile/Scrum certification.
