This role will focus on building a unified platform that streamlines and scales critical learner lifecycle processes, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency, visibility, and learner experience.
This role will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Operations, Academic Delivery, and Student Success teams to build intelligent systems that power the backbone of the organization.
The ideal candidate has experience building products at scale, thrives in complex operational environments, and brings strong product fundamentals, including prioritization, experimentation, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the roadmap for a unified operations and delivery platform, including Enterprise admin tooling.
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale workflows across Admissions, Assignments & Assessments, Grading & Evaluation, Learner Delivery & Support, Certificate Management, and Alumni Engagement.
Partner with AI and Engineering teams to build intelligent workflows, automation solutions, copilots, and decision-support systems.
Develop a deep understanding of global operational processes, identify gaps and manual workarounds, and translate business challenges into scalable product solutions.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Use data, operational metrics, and experimentation to identify bottlenecks, validate hypotheses, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact.
Apply structured prioritization frameworks to balance business impact, user value, operational efficiency, and engineering effort across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Define success metrics, establish monitoring mechanisms, and create feedback loops to continuously improve platform performance and user adoption.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Operations, Academic Delivery, Student Success, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure successful execution and adoption.
Work with shared engineering resources to effectively prioritize, sequence, and deliver high-impact initiatives.
Write clear product requirements, specifications, and documentation that align business needs with technical execution.
Serve as the primary decision-maker for product prioritization, making sound trade-offs amid competing demands and ambiguity.
Thrive in a hands-on, builder-oriented role, taking ownership from problem identification through deployment while working directly with stakeholders across geographies.
Key Skills and Competencies
3–6 years of Product Management experience in technology-led organizations.
Experience building products, platforms, internal tools, workflow systems, automation products, or operational technology solutions.
Strong product management fundamentals, including roadmap planning, prioritization, experimentation, metrics definition, analytics, and product execution.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational challenges through technology, process design, and scalable product solutions.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure impact and make informed decisions.
Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to scope, build, and launch scalable products in fast-paced environments.
Ability to translate ambiguous business and operational requirements into clear, actionable product requirements and documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and functions.
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and make effective trade-offs.
High ownership and bias for action, with the ability to operate independently across stakeholders, teams, and geographies with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders in complex, process-driven operational environments.
Experience with admin tools, dashboards, enterprise products, or internal-facing platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a leading institution with a strong academic track record.
MBA from a leading institution is a plus.
Experience working on products that serve large user bases, high-volume operations, or complex multi-stakeholder workflows.
Familiarity with AI/LLM capabilities and their application in workflow automation, productivity enhancement, and operational efficiency.
Exposure to platform products, automation systems, or AI-enabled products is highly desirable.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to build a scalable operations and delivery platform that leverages AI to improve efficiency, automate manual processes, enhance stakeholder productivity, and create a seamless learner experience across the entire lifecycle.
