About the Role
Rs. 18,000-25,000/month + Sales Incentives up to Rs. 25,000 + Fuel Charges
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Territory Manager - Sales to generate business opportunities by
connecting with contractors, builders, site owners and individual home builders across Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits to ongoing and new construction sites across Jaipur.
• Generate and qualify leads by approaching contractors, builders, site owners and individual home builders.
• Pitch construction materials and end-to-end construction services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Report daily field activities, leads and sales updates.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Report to the office before and after field visits as required.
Requirements
• Decent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Field Sales, Real Estate, Construction Materials or B2B Sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and the Jaipur market will be an advantage.
• Must have a bike/scooter and be comfortable travelling across Jaipur for field visits.
