We’re Hiring | Senior Executive – Packaging Development & Procurement
Location: Vile Parle (E), Mumbai
Workdays: Monday to Friday, Saturday half day
Work Time: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Zetts boasts of a top-of-the-line manufacturing facility based in Kandla S.E.Z & Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and a design studio that is geared to beat any price and packaging to offer perfumes in mass to masstige segments in the quickest turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage packaging development for cosmetics and fragrance products, including bottles, caps, pumps, closures, cartons, labels, and other packaging components.
Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Marketing, Design, Production, and suppliers for packaging development and approvals.
Handle procurement and planning of raw materials and packaging materials (RM/PM).
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of packaging materials for production and new product launches.
Support New Product Development (NPD) projects from packaging concept to final approval.
Coordinate packaging trials and testing, including drop tests and transit trials, to ensure product quality and safety.
Drive cost optimization, vendor development, and process improvements.
Maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, testing reports, and procurement documentation.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Science, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
A Postgraduate Diploma in Packaging will be an added advantage.
Relevant experience in packaging development and procurement.
Experience in vendor management, price negotiation, material planning, and inventory control.
Knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, testing, and quality standards.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industry: Cosmetics, Fragrances, FMCG, Personal Care, or related manufacturing industries.
