Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and security-minded students and freshers to join our team as Cyber Security Interns for a four-month remote internship program.
This internship offers practical project exposure, hands-on experience with cybersecurity tasks, and opportunities to apply technical knowledge in real-world project scenarios under team guidance. Interns will gain exposure to cybersecurity concepts, tools, methodologies, and workflows while contributing to assigned projects.
This is a general cybersecurity internship, not a domain-specific training program. Project assignments and responsibilities will depend on organizational requirements and the intern's progress and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Work on assigned cybersecurity projects and practical tasks under the guidance of the technical team.
Apply cybersecurity concepts, tools, and methodologies to solve practical problems.
Research security concepts, emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and relevant industry practices.
Assist with identifying, analyzing, documenting, and addressing security-related issues as required by assigned projects.
Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and progress updates.
Collaborate with team members and follow project workflows, timelines, and technical guidelines.
Participate in project discussions, reviews, and feedback sessions to improve technical skills and work quality.
Demonstrate continuous learning, accountability, and professional communication throughout the internship.
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Interest in learning cybersecurity tools, techniques, and practical security applications.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Prior cybersecurity project experience is an advantage but is not mandatory. Candidates should have a genuine interest in cybersecurity and a proactive learning mindset.
