TECHNICAL LEAD

Job Title: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for financial business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation, and system integrations, with a strong understanding of banking/financial domain workflows. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including data modelling for clients. * Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to support complex business logic * Build dynamic and responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Automate business processes using Flows (Record-triggered, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows) and Process Builder (legacy support) * Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party services * Develop and consume web services, handle authentication (OAuth, JWT), and ensure secure integrations * Customize Salesforce using objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning App Builder * Ensure adherence to governor limits, best practices, and scalable architecture * Participate in code reviews, deployments (CI/CD), and release management * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions Required Skills & Qualifications * 5+ years (or as applicable) of Salesforce development experience * Strong proficiency in: * Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Future methods) * Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, CSS * Salesforce Flow (Automation) * Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) * Hands-on experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) * Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data architecture * Understanding of security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules) * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications * Salesforce certifications such as: * Salesforce Platform Developer I/II * Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional * Experience in Mortgage Application * Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Soft Skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking * Good communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment * Adaptability across multiple projects and domai
