## Junior Draftsman / Drafting Technician
The Green Chalk Studio is also hiring a Junior Draftsman / Drafting Technician for drafting and technical documentation work.
### Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI in Draftsman Civil / Architectural Assistantship
- Diploma in Drafting Technician or related field
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
### Required Skills:
- AutoCAD drafting
- Preparation of technical drawings
- Architectural drafting standards
- Drawing detailing and revisions
- Basic construction understanding
- Knowledge of ArchiCAD will be considered a plus point
### Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
- Revise drawings as per architectural instructions
- Maintain drawing records and documentation
- Support architects with drafting and technical drawings
- Prepare submission and coordination drawings
- Ensure drawing accuracy and timely updates
