URGENTLY HIRING | STUDENT COUNSELLOR
Navinora Private Limited is hiring Student Counsellors for our Perinthalmanna branch (Angadippuram, Malappuram)to guide students and parents through their education journey across EduNavi – Study in India and EduNora – Study Abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on suitable courses, institutions, and education pathways.
Handle student enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and counselling sessions.
Assist with applications, SOPs, and required documentation.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/Lead Sheets.
Coordinate with the admissions and internal teams.
Build strong and professional relationships with students and parents.
Follow Navinora's counselling processes, SOPs, and documentation standards.
Provide accurate, ethical, and transparent guidance to students.
Eligibility
Graduation is mandatory – any discipline.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Relevant experience in student counselling, education consultancy, admissions, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good counselling and relationship-building abilities.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Important Conditions
2-year service commitment is mandatory.
1-month probation period.
1-month notice period or salary in lieu, as applicable.
