Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Associate role based in Mayur Vihar. The Legal Associate will support attorneys by researching legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents, and assisting in case preparation. Daily responsibilities include preparing case files, organizing documentation, coordinating with clients and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves attending client meetings, supporting hearings and proceedings as needed, and ensuring that all work complies with applicable laws and regulations. The Legal Associate will collaborate closely with senior lawyers and staff to help deliver timely, high-quality legal services.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal procedures
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents
Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating legal issues, assessing risks, and proposing solutions
Clear and professional Communication skills for interaction with clients, colleagues, and external parties
Ability to identify, analyze, and manage Legal Issues across different practice areas
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); advanced legal qualifications are an advantage
Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional conduct
Comfort working on-site in Mayur Vihar and collaborating in a team-based environment
