Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a results driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our paid media campaigns and elevate our brand presence. In this role you will design, execute and scale high converting advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) while managing broader digital marketing channels.
The ideal candidate is both creative and tech savvy, possessing strong digital navigation and software troubleshooting abilities. You should be comfortable learning new platforms quickly, configuring technical setups and leveraging data to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager from setup to scaling.
Design compelling ad copy, work with visual media and test creative variations to optimize click through and conversion rates.
Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), custom event tracking and attribution models.
Build and optimize landing pages, lead capture funnels and automated follow up sequences.
Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CPA, providing actionable data reports and strategic insights.
Manage email marketing campaigns, SEO and organic content strategies to complement paid efforts.
Rapidly adapt to, test and troubleshoot new web applications, software, CRM platforms, and automation tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience managing successful Meta ad campaigns with trackable ROI.
Strong hands on technical experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, tag managers and custom landing page builders.
Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms and integration tools like Zapier.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into clear growth strategies.
Great at understanding ad metrics and knowing how to troubleshoot campaigns when performance drops
