Print & Graphics Designer

Idea Showcase is looking for a Print & Graphic Designer who understands that good design doesn’t stop at the screen.
We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for typography, layout, composition and detail - someone who can take a brand identity and translate it beautifully across physical touchpoints.
What you’ll do:
Design brochures, company profiles, catalogues, presentations and marketing collateral
Create packaging, labels, stationery, menus and print assets
Design brand collaterals across hospitality, retail, corporate, lifestyle and other industries
Adapt and extend existing brand identities across multiple applications
Develop layouts, grids, typography and visual compositions
Prepare artwork for print with correct dimensions, bleeds, colour profiles and specifications
Work on outdoor advertising, signage and environmental graphics
Create print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when required
Collaborate with brand strategists, designers and creative teams
Ensure consistency and quality across every brand touchpoint
What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in graphic/brand/print design
Strong understanding of typography, grids, layout and visual hierarchy
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Strong understanding of print production and pre-press
Good sense of paper, finishes, materials and production possibilities
Ability to work within brand guidelines while still bringing creative thinking
Strong attention to detail
A portfolio that demonstrates strong branding and print work
Good to have: Packaging design, publication design, environmental graphics, basic motion or digital design knowledge.
