Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, budget, and quality requirements.
Supervise site operations, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Track project costs, resources, and performance while providing regular progress reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction project management, site supervision, or project execution.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, project scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight project deadlines.
Relevant professional certifications and experience managing large-scale construction projects are an advantage.
