Workforce Insights Manager | KPIs

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engagement & Voice Lead to develop and implement strategies that strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and employee participation. The role focuses on gathering employee feedback, analysing workforce insights, implementing engagement initiatives, and promoting an inclusive work environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions and continuous organisational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee voice, insights, and engagement strategies.
Lead employee surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and feedback initiatives.
Analyse workforce data and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, and employee wellbeing.
Advise leaders on employee engagement and organisational culture.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and workforce representatives.
Monitor programme effectiveness and report on engagement outcomes.
Identify industry trends and implement innovative employee engagement practices.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in employee engagement, employee experience, organisational development, or people and culture.
Experience designing employee surveys, feedback programmes, and engagement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting workforce insights and metrics.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to develop strategies, manage programmes, and drive continuous improvement.
Understanding of inclusion, workplace culture, and employee participation.
