Digital AdOps Specialist

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional, collaborative Digital AdOps Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end digital ad operations including trafficking, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
Oversee pixel/tag implementation, QA, and troubleshooting across various platforms and client websites.
Monitor performance using tools like Adobe Analytics (including Customer Journey Analytics) and Google Analytics.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Data Analysts, and external partners (clients, agencies, publishers).
Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
Support programmatic campaigns across SSPs, DSPs, and ensure proper campaign setup, tracking, and delivery.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital ad operations, media campaign management, or ad tech.
Strong expertise in pixel/tag implementation and digital tracking methodologies.
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Customer Journey Analytics preferred) and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic media buying platforms.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Experience working with internal cross-functional teams and directly with clients or agency partners.
Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
Understanding of viewability, brand safety, fraud prevention, and data privacy regulations.
Hands-on experience with ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager etc.).
