Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in New Delhi. The Director will oversee strategic planning, delivery, and growth of IT consulting and digital services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing key client relationships, and driving successful execution of complex technology projects. The role involves setting performance standards, monitoring project and portfolio outcomes, and implementing best practices to improve service quality and operational efficiency. The Director will also contribute to business development, mentor senior managers, and represent the company in executive-level client and partner meetings.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Proven background in IT consulting, digital transformation, or technology services, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
Strategic planning and business development capabilities, including managing portfolios, budgets, and growth initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to work effectively with senior client executives.
Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions that enhance performance and client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience working in or with global organizations and familiarity with modern digital technologies and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate in person, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
