Role Description The Elementary School Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning instructional activities, teaching core subjects, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing individualized support where needed. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, communicate regularly with families or caregivers, and participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fatehpur, requiring regular classroom presence and active engagement in the school community. The teacher is expected to create an inclusive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for all students.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education, with the ability to manage classrooms and support diverse learning needs.
Experience or training in Curriculum Development and Education, including lesson planning and assessment design.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with students, families, and colleagues.
Relevant educational background, such as a degree or diploma in Education or Elementary Education.
Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
Ability to use basic educational technologies and classroom resources to enhance learning.
Strong organizational skills and reliability in maintaining records, lesson plans, and student reports.
Prior teaching experience in an elementary school setting is preferred.
