Perform daily PV case selection and allocation as per client SOPs and WIs.
Conduct Quality Review/QC of valid and invalid cases within defined SLAs.
Document cases in the SMOCQA tool.
Analyze refuted errors and support quality improvement.
Ensure adherence to client/TCS quality standards, SLAs, and trainings.
Participate in internal, client, and vendor oversight meetings.
Support audits as an SME for Quality Review processes.
Perform additional PV/QC activities assigned by the supervisor.
