Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This position is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring a positive borrowing experience from initial inquiry to loan closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients via calls and in-person meetings, understanding their financial needs, explaining loan products and eligibility, and guiding them through application and documentation processes. The Relationship Manager will monitor customer accounts, follow up on leads, support collections and repayment discussions when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, contributing to customer retention initiatives, and providing feedback to improve products and services.
