Ciara Homes is a Bangalore-based construction and interior design company specializing in premium residential construction, luxury villas, and turnkey solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
Assist in 3D modelling, visualization, and presentation drawings.
Coordinate with structural engineers, interior designers, and site teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
Incorporate client requirements and design revisions.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable building regulations.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
2–3 years of relevant experience in residential architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of Revit, Lumion, or Enscape is an advantage.
Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction practices.
Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
