Food Technologist Production + QA/QC

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production, manpower & batch execution
• Ensure adherence to formulations, SOPs, GMP & food-safety practices
• Handle RM/PM, in-process & finished-product quality checks
• Maintain BMRs, QC records, specifications & documentation
• Manage deviations, CAPA, complaints & audits
• Coordinate with R&D for trials, scale-up & commercialization
• Drive hygiene, quality, yield & process improvement
Requirements:
• B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology/Food Science
• 2–5 years’ experience in Food/Nutraceutical/FMCG manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in Production + QA/QC preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP & FSSAI
• Strong ownership, problem-solving & shop-floor management skills
