Data & Systems Support Specialist (French Speaker)

What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes, and understands the importance of accuracy in a business environment.
- You are highly detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining clean, reliable data. You approach tasks with precision and consistency, knowing that even small errors can have a broader impact on billing, reporting, and internal operations.
- You are organized and able to manage multiple requests at the same time - whether it’s updating records, handling support tickets, or responding to internal queries. You know how to prioritize effectively and remain focused in a fast-paced, task-driven environment.
- You are comfortable working with internal systems and tools. Even if you are not highly technical, you are curious, quick to learn, and confident navigating software, databases, or CRM/ERP platforms. You enjoy understanding how systems work and are motivated to improve processes where possible.
- You are also a team player who communicates clearly and professionally, especially in French, as you will be supporting internal stakeholders and collaborating with different teams.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer and supplier databases
- Ensure accuracy of administrative data (contacts, billing details, VAT, addresses, etc.)
- Update and manage pricing data within the system
- Provide user support and handle incoming support tickets
- Perform database queries and assist with data analysis
- Support the creation and modification of third-party contacts in internal systems
- Ensure data consistency and contribute to database quality improvements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data administration, system support, or similar role
- Comfortable working with internal systems / CRM / ERP tools
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent French (C1/C2) - mandatory & English (B1/B2 level)
- Experience with system configuration or database tools (nice to have)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying (nice to have)
- Experience with ticketing/support systems (nice to have)
- Interest in IT or business systems (nice to have)
