Full Service Xpert Supervisor

The Full Service Xpert Supervisor will lead and support a team of seasonal tax professionals, ensuring high-quality tax preparation services and an exceptional customer experience throughout the tax season. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance on complex individual and business tax returns. Working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will help ensure the accurate preparation and electronic filing of federal and state returns, including S corporation and partnership tax filings. You will also drive quality assurance, support onboarding and training, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. By combining tax expertise with hands-on leadership, you will empower tax professionals to meet performance goals while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
