Are you interested in data, processes, and the operations behind a successful sales organization?
Join our Revenue Operations team and support us in the day-to-day business of a modern sales environment. You will collaborate with various teams, gain hands-on experience with modern systems and ways of working, and build valuable practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Your Responsibilities
Create and manage contracts for our sales teams
Ensure data quality and maintain accurate information in our systems
Organize and structure existing content (e.g., FAQs) while maintaining and providing relevant information
Assist in creating and updating documentation
Support the continuous improvement of our processes, data, and systems
Your Profile
You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, technology, or a related field
You work in a structured, accurate, and reliable manner and enjoy organizational tasks
You have a strong affinity for numbers and data and are interested in business processes and systems
You communicate clearly, have a service-oriented mindset, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Initial experience with CRM or reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage but not required
You have excellent written and spoken German skills
