Job Description
We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer to build scalable applications and contribute to our AI-driven healthcare solutions. You will work across the stack, use AI-assisted development tools in your daily workflow, and help build AI agent-based features into our platform.
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Hyderabad
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Work Week: 6 days per week
• Salary: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience and skills)
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in MERN stack development

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces from UI/UX designs
• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) to speed up development, debugging, and code review
• Build and integrate AI agent workflows into healthcare products
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams

Eligibility & Hiring Process
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science / IT preferred)
• Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience with the MERN stack

• Practical experience with Claude or Cursor in development workflows is required
• Experience working with AI agents is required
