Key Responsibilities
Lead industrial engineering initiatives to improve productivity, workflow efficiency, and production capacity.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to reduce waste, costs, and cycle times.
Optimize plant layouts, resource allocation, labor utilization, and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to achieve operational targets.
Establish performance KPIs, monitor improvement results, and drive sustainable process optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, or Lean transformation.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
Experience with productivity analysis, capacity planning, and cost reduction initiatives.
Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Lean Six Sigma certification or experience leading large-scale operational improvement projects is an advantage.
