Role Description The Functional Consultant role at 3S Logics Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams. Typical responsibilities include conducting workshops and meetings, documenting current and future-state processes, and recommending improvements aligned with client goals. The role involves supporting solution design, participating in testing and validation of functionalities, and assisting with user training and post-implementation support. The Functional Consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, interpret data, and identify process improvements.
Effective communication and consulting skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present recommendations clearly.
Understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to map and document them in a structured, logical manner.
Knowledge of finance-related processes and concepts, with the ability to support financial modules or solutions as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in consulting or business analysis are an advantage.
Experience working in a client-facing or functional consulting role, preferably in IT or business transformation projects.
Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools, and familiarity with project management or ERP/CRM systems is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and contribute effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
