Product Manager - IBP

What you'll actually do
● Define which planning workflows (forecasting, inventory, supplier risk, S&OP) agents should own, and where humans stay in the loop.
● Own the agentic product roadmap, balancing quick enterprise wins with long-term platform bets.
● Design agent architectures, including tool use, trust boundaries, failure handling and human handoffs.
● Write and refine system prompts, tool definitions and structured outputs as core product artefacts.
● Prototype new agent workflows in days, and build MCP integrations with ERP, planning systems and data sources.
● Set up evals for agent accuracy, reliability, cost and override rates, and tie them to business outcomes.
● Work with planners and supply chain leaders to turn real workflow pain into agent use cases and business cases.
● Run pilots and design-partner programmes with Sales and Customer Success, and convert them into production deployments.
● Lead Engineering, ML and Design from prototype to production with clear specs and decision memos.
Who we're hoping to mee
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
· Hands-on, AI-native engineer with experience building and shipping AI-powered products.
· Embraces rapid experimentation and leverages AI tools to accelerate development and productivity.
· Combines strong technical expertise with product thinking to build practical, scalable solutions.
· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
· Confident in engaging with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Passionate about solving real-world business problems using AI agents and modern software engineering practices.
