Human Resources Intern (AM shift)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lebanon Time)
About the Role
OurEasyGame LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team with recruitment, candidate communication, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate must be a university graduate, fluent in English, and interested in developing practical experience in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment and selection process.
Post job vacancies on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Contact candidates and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
Support daily administrative tasks and other HR-related activities.
Requirements
Must be a university graduate and not currently enrolled in university.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous HR or recruitment experience is an advantage.
Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Lebanese candidates are preferred.
Candidates residing in the Matn, Keserwan, or Jbeil areas are preferred.
Working Conditions
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Lebanon Time
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
